Damaged in Shipment
Please be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. If your Purified Bottle is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced right away.
Warnings and Disclaimer
You have 14 days to return your Purified Bottle the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card (or original method payment).
You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issue’s policies.
